How Can You Help FAR Save FeLV Positive Cats?
Frito Bandito Figaro Rose Lovey
Thanks to Safeway

Foothills Animal Rescue (FAR) is a non-profit, volunteer organization established in 1995. The mission of FAR is to provide shelter, care, resource and adoption services for many of the thousands of domestic cats and dogs that stray, become lost or are abandoned each year in Maricopa county. FAR has a focus on animals with special needs.

FAR maintains a no-kill policy and all fostered animals are cared for until such time as a suitable adoption is arranged.

All animals offered for adoption by FAR have been given medical attention and are in good health.

Dogs are vaccinated, neutered or spayed, microchipped and given any medical care needed. Adoption fees are used to directly save more animals. The adoption fee for one dog is $110 and two dogs is $175.

Cats are vaccinated, tested for FeLV/FIV, spayed or neutered, microchipped and given any medial care needed. The adoption fee for one cat is $80 and two cats is $120.

The majority of animals taken into FAR's care have had medical issues ranging from simple colds to critical care. We are proud to continue to focus on cats and dogs with special needs and to give these animals a chance at a forever home.

FAR is still looking for a permanent home to make our own. We are sure that the right situation will occur that will lead us to a great solution. We are still in needs of funds for this purchase. To donate please click on the PayPal link below.

If you are looking to provide a forever home for a loving friend and companion, please consider one of the many cats and dogs listed by FAR.  If you are interested in helping and supporting FAR's efforts please e-mail us.
