FeLV Cats Make Wonderful Pets. All of our cats in this program are free due to the generosity of caring volunteers and supporters who love our FeLV cats. To learn more about living with an FeLV cat, Click Here.
We do have one kitten that has started life with FeLV and will need special care during the early stages. She is currently in our clinic and will only be available to someone who has FeLV experience. We are hoping that she will find that person soon before she grows up with FAR. Thank you for caring.
Kross is a gorgeous male Tabby. He was found wandering the streets of Glendale, and was easily rescued when he approaced for food. Kross is a shy, quiet boy who would love the same qualities in his new home. Kross would be fine with another FeLV positive kitty, or even a calm, polite dog.
Persia is our sweet boy who loves to play hide’n’seek with our staff. He is a handsome brown striped cat that has grown up with us. Persia would love to have room to run and play but also snuggle with his favorite person. He is a reserved cat and will be shy when first meeting, so would need some time to adjust and maybe his own room for a while, especially since he has only had a small place at FAR. He is ready for his new life with a loving family, meow!!
Cleo is a cute and fun loving girl who adores attention and treats. She does have a endearing face and will have you eating out of her paw with her cute manners. She is very special and will pick her family for her final home. Cleo does take advantage of our kindness when changing her litter and demands our attention by climbing on your back and snuggling up to your neck. Just letting you know now just in case!. She will need to be either an only cat or with other FeLV positive cats. Mostly she is looking for love.
Keesha is a reserved independent girl who has a very expressive face. She will be a playful cat and will be very loving at her own pace. She can be selective with her relationship with other cats but when she loves them it is forever. She has been known to snuggle with Kross, who is also selective with his attention.Keesha has feline leukemia (FeLV). With proper care to keep her immune system strong, she can live a good life. She will need to be either an only cat or with other FeLV positive cats. She would love to have a happy home and family to share her life with, come down and visit with Keesha and her pals.
Mystery is a playful and affectionate girl with gorgeous markings. She will immediately capture your heart. She came to FAR through Carefree Animal Hospital and they adored her. If we had favorites at FAR, Mystery would be one of our teams favorite cat. She is such a lovebug and demands attention from her human companions. She has tested positive for feline leukemia so she will need to go to a home either by herself or with other FeLV+ cats. You will fall in love with her, she is very easygoing.
