To List an Animal for Adoption

If you have rescued an animal or must give up your animal, FAR will assist you in finding a caring, permanent home for it. FAR may be able to offer a courtesy listing for your animal if you provide:

  • Proof of spay/neuter
  • Proof of current license for dog
  • Proof of current vaccination for either dog or cat
  • Digital photograph of animal
  • A biography of the animal
  • Address, phone and email

FAR lists all animals, for which we have pictures, on both the FAR web site and the Petfinder web site.
Please see the Calendar of Events for a list of weekly Adoption Venues. Animals are also adopted from our foster homes.
